Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard, The Hit Man Thomas Hearns, Hands of Stone Roberto Duran, THAT was boxing! In the 90's I loved watching The Real Deal Evander Holyfield, what a warrior. No matter who you like, we will have something here.

"The Matinee Idol" Dennis Andries

Born in Guyana and raised in England, Andries turned pro in 1978 and won the WBC Light Heavyweight Title in 1986 in a split decision over JB Williamson. He defended the title once before losing the belt in 1987 to "The Hitman" Thomas Hearns. In 1989 he captured the Vacant WBC Light Heavyweight Title with a win over Tony Willis, but lost the title in his first defense to Jeff Harding. In 1990 he won a rematch with Harding via 7th round KO, recapturing the title. In 1991 he lost the title again to Harding, via majority decision, capping their trilogy. He never fought again for a major world title, retiring in 1996.

Henry Armstrong "Homicide Hank"

Was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in their inaugural class. He held the Feaherweight, lightweight and Welterweight championships all at the same time. He failed at the middleweight title in 1940 to hold 4 simultaneous titles.
