U.S. College Hockey - This is an awesome site for any fan of college hockey. East Coast Hockey League - The ECHL is a “AA” hockey feeder league. All teams have NHL affiliations and a salary cap. Players traditionally move up to AHL from here. Central Hockey League - The original Central Hockey League produced many veteran National Hockey League stars, including, among others, Eddie Shack, John Vanbiesbrouck, Joe Mullen, Kelly Hrudey, Gerry Cheevers and Dino Ciccarelli. While CHL member teams today compete for the President’s Cup, the original CHL playoff champion was awarded the Adams Cup, named for the CHL’s first President, Jack Adams. During the 21 year run of the original CHL, nine different teams claimed the Adams Cup.
