We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through paypal. You will see the name juststerling.com at the top of the page. That is one of our companies, you have reached the correct pay portal. We not only use a payment page, we have a virtual terminal. You can call in your order, email us your order with CC info or fax it in to us. Make sure you calculate the correct shipping and discount before you pay.

Do NOT email us your credit card information. Emails are not encrypted and your information could be stolen. We will contact you ASAP for that information once you email us.

All credit card orders will be shipped within 72 hours. We also accept cash, money orders and checks. Checks take 2 weeks to clear, international money orders take 30 days to clear before they are shipped. If you have any questions, just ask!

Our normal shipping policies are through the U.S. regular mail. We ship all cards in hardcases and in a padded envelope, no s.a.s.e.'s here. We can ship it anyway you want as long as you pay for it. Bigdaddy does not include insurance when we ship. We CANNOT be responsible for lost or stolen shipments unless they are insured. If you want insurance, please let us know and we will tell you the cost. We do not look to make money off of insurance, the price will be exactly what it costs us.
